Liability Disclaimer
This Liability Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") is intended to limit the legal liability of Sacred River Way ("Company"), its owners, employees, independent contractors, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, "Coaches"). By engaging with the Company, all clients, participants, and users (collectively, "Clients") agree to the following:
1. No Guarantees
Company and Coaches do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from coaching services, programs, or materials. Coaching is a process that requires Client's commitment and participation, and results will vary.
2. Assumption of Risk
Client acknowledges that coaching services may involve personal reflection and change, which can carry inherent emotional, mental, and physical risks. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and releases Company and Coaches from any liability.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company and Coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, personal injury, emotional distress, or business interruption.
4. Hold Harmless Agreement
Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company and Coaches from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to participation in coaching services or use of Company materials.
5. Acknowledgment
By enrolling into the website, you confirm to have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer, and voluntarily waive any right to bring legal action against the Company or Coaches except as expressly allowed by law.|
